What is Klesis?

Klesis is our collegiate Christian fellowship on the UCSC campus. Klesis means divine invitation in Greek. We’re a group of friends who found ourselves on the UCSC campus, seeking a community of people to live life together while searching for answers to life's big questions. It’s difficult to navigate life alone, so we invite you to check out what we have experienced. Perhaps you will find the answer you are looking for!

Our Story

Our church was planted in September 2015 by Acts2 Network with the goal of starting an Acts 2 community in Santa Cruz. Over the years, our team has been composed of working professionals who mentor college students after work, forming relationships through shared meals, hangouts, and studying the Bible together!
